I am hesitant to take an apartment with another renter unless the rent were extremely affordable. I understand that one of the reasons people rent is so that they can be extremely mobile but I am looking for a long-term, share-rental situation as it is probably going to take me another 5 years in college to finish my PHd. I understand that it is difficult to promise a long situation but I feel someone who owns the property is much less likely to move for casual reasons.&#xD;
&#xD;
I am very much a home body and especially since I will be taking courses online for the Spring 2010 semester, (to enable moving while continuing classes), the right living situation for me would be a relatively sane household where parties amount to dinner parties and are reasonably infrequent. I love people but could not live with someone who was extreme about throwing parties. And a more private area for studying would also be really cool.&#xD;
&#xD;
But having said that, I am also an out gay man so I am very sociable. I try to keep my life on an even keel though; at all times so I wouldn't do well with someone who is not well-balanced. As an engineering student, I am not the stick in the mud that most people expect but I am not stoopid either.&#xD;

A highly gay social neighborhood would be fun but not necessary, (I make friends quickly).&#xD;

I am not opposed to living alone if it is some sort of apartment complex which is extremely secure and has parking.

Every room is a different color!  Living, Dining, and Kitchen are downstairs.  Both bedrooms and bath are upstairs.  The Master bedroom is a sexy Lush Lavendar color with 1 huge closet for the ladies and a normal sized manly closet also in this bedroom.  The Master bath is a dark taxi cab yellow with a standing shower only.  The Sahara sand colored Guest bedroom has a great closet along with 2 huge linen cabinets (that's where he keeps most of his Burner Clothes).  The doors and cabinets are trimmed with a traditional Moroccan "Welcoming" blue. The Guest bath is a rich sea-green colored theme.  Oh and both baths have a sky-light!  Save on electricity!  The massive livingroom/dining is a seared orange and autumn blaze of colors that make it warm and inviting.  The kitchen is cabbage patch green with white cabinets.  We'd love to stay but it's time to go and pass on the love to another cool couple or seriously sexy single.  You would also be saving us money so we don't have to paint it back to insane asylum white! I am financially stable, a musician and composer working in film &amp;amp; television, though because I usually work in headphones I'm a lot quieter than most musicians.  I communicate and live in community well, am fairly over-educated, and enjoy a shanti, healthy, eco-conscious, high-vibes atmosphere.   I'd like to live near trees, too. Ultra-low-budget feature film is looking for a house to shoot in for approximately 10-12 days with 1-2 days of load-in/out.&#xD;
&#xD;
We're looking for a house with 3 bedrooms, a pool, and a garage or&#xD;
workshop space. The kind of house that three doctoral students would&#xD;
rent while going to school.&#xD;
&#xD;
We have liability insurance, a small crew of only about 20 people, and&#xD;
minimal parking and electrical needs. We will respect your property&#xD;
and won't break stuff. We've done about 50 short films and have never&#xD;
had a complaint from a property owner.&#xD;
&#xD;
We can pay a location fee of $250/day, plus electrical costs if we tap&#xD;
in to your grid.&#xD;
&#xD;
We plan to film at the end of the year.&#xD;
&#xD;
