PM-259 EMS Installation Project Manager - Staff - Pasadena, CA (Immediate Need!) BOE A client responsible for maintaining the facilities for NASA/JPL in Pasadena needs an EMS Project Manager. You will be responsible for rolling out Energy Management System (EMS) installation and control projects for more than 200 buildings on the JPL campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: o. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate. o. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project/scope with vendors and customers. o. Reviews deliverables before passing to customer. o. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. o. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. o. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project. o. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Financial Management: o. Understands pricing models, billing procedures. o.
